1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using QuickManager (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
QuickManager is a multi-tenant SaaS platform providing trade and inventory management software for Indian businesses, including features for procurement, sales, GST compliance, inventory, and reporting.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance per the cycle you select (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, annually). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: violating any laws, infringing on others' rights, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or interfering with the operation of the Service.
6. Data Ownership
You retain all rights to data you upload to QuickManager. We process your data only as necessary to provide the Service. Your data is hosted in Indian data centres in compliance with DPDPA 2023.
7. Intellectual Property
QuickManager and all related software, designs, and content are the intellectual property of Rohin Infotech Pvt Ltd. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickManager's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained per our retention policy (30 days export window, 90-day archive, then permanent deletion).
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email at least 30 days in advance.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
