Things partners often ask
Is there a fee to join the partner program?
No. All four partner tracks are free to join. Certification training is also included at no cost. We make money when our partners make money — your success is directly tied to ours.
How are referrals tracked?
Each partner gets a unique referral link and partner code. Customers can apply your code at signup, or sign up through your link. Both are tracked automatically and attributed to your account for the full revenue share period.
What happens if a referred customer downgrades or cancels?
You earn revenue share on the actual MRR collected. If a customer downgrades from Business to Growth, your payout adjusts proportionally. If they cancel, your payout stops — but only for that customer. All other referrals continue to pay out for their full term.
Can I move between programs?
Yes. Many of our partners start as CA partners and graduate to Implementation partners as their services business grows. Just talk to your partner manager and we'll set up the new track without any disruption to your existing referrals.
Do you support partners outside India?
Currently, our partner programs are India-only because QuickManager is built specifically for Indian compliance (GST, MSME, e-invoicing, BOE). We're exploring partnerships in select international markets — reach out if you have a specific use case.
How quickly do payouts happen?
CA partners and resellers get monthly payouts on the 7th of each month, for the previous month's collected revenue. Implementation partners are paid per project on completion. Integration partners are paid quarterly. All payouts are via UPI or NEFT to your registered bank account.
What support do partners get?
All partners get a dedicated WhatsApp support channel, monthly partner webinars, quarterly business reviews (for resellers and implementation partners), and direct access to our engineering team for technical questions. CA partners also get priority GST filing support during return season.
