Rohin Infotech Pvt Ltd acts as a Data Fiduciary for personal data of our direct customers (account holders) and as a Data Processor for personal data your business uploads to the platform (your customers, suppliers, employees).
Lawful Processing
We process personal data only for specified, explicit, and legitimate purposes as described in our Privacy Policy and only with appropriate legal basis (consent, contract, legitimate interest, or legal obligation).
Data Principal Rights
Under the DPDPA, you have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request erasure (subject to legal retention), nominate a representative, and lodge grievances.
Consent Management
Where consent is the basis for processing, we provide clear, specific, and freely-given consent mechanisms. You can withdraw consent at any time through your account settings.
Data Localisation
All personal data of Indian Data Principals is processed and stored within India in data centres located in the ap-south-1 region.
Children's Data
QuickManager is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data of children under 18.
Data Breach Notification
In the unlikely event of a personal data breach, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and affected Data Principals as required under the DPDPA.
